When you request lawn care, we collect your name, contact information, city, ZIP code, service needs, preferred language, and your permission to contact you. Please avoid sensitive information in your yard description.
How we use it
We use your information to review your request, contact you, and—with your permission—share relevant details with a selected independent provider for a quote. A request is not a booking. We may receive a referral fee from a provider.
Where it goes
Our website uses Vercel for hosting, Neon for lead storage, Resend for notification delivery, and Google Workspace for our business inbox. Service providers process information as needed to provide these functions. We do not sell your details to a general marketing list.
Your choices
You can ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for future sharing by contacting leads@montylabs.xyz. We keep information only as needed to handle requests, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. We do not currently use advertising or optional analytics cookies.
